Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.

● Prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

● Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the payment methods provided on our website.

● The right to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. When you designate an authorized agent, you must provide a valid power of attorney, a valid government-issued ID of the requester, and a valid government-issued ID of the authorized agent.

Shipping & Delivery

● We provide complimentary express delivery for all orders.

● Estimated delivery times are: 2–3 business days within Peru and 5–7 business days for international orders.

● While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen events beyond our control.

● Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

● Customers may return products within 14 days of delivery, free of charge.

● Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

● Personalized or custom-made pieces are non-returnable, unless defective.

● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Warranty

● All Lima watches are covered by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects.

● Jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

● These warranties do not cover: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur, particularly in handcrafted items, gemstones, and natural materials. Such variations are not considered defects.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

This Sales Policy and all contracts are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Peru. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lima, Peru.
